You and/or the above-named client(s) understand and agree that you will be responsible for all damage(s) to our limousine(s) caused by you or anyone in your charter party group. Charge(s) as assessed by Mendocino Wine Tours/Mendocino Limousine damage(s) which have been caused by negligence by your charter party group. These include, but are not limited to:
1) Vomiting (cleaning charge for which will be $500.00 or damages caused by a party group to repair the limouse).
2) No Smoking – failure to comply – $500.00.
3) Failure to pay will terminate charter and forfeit balance.
Mendocino Wine Tours/Mendocino Limousine will not be responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Clients will be responsible and forfeit full fare if cancellation occurs within 7 days of scheduled date. Limousine reservations require a $100.00 deposit. With balance to be paid on day of service.
No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drink, bring alcohol or be intoxicated at the time of pick-up/during the charter. Services will be end immediately, forfeiting the balance on contract for the charter.
